The leather is coated with vermilion lacquer and then gold leaf is sprinkled on it before the lacquer dries.
Since the foil is applied in layers, the design will not be exactly the same as the photograph. Each one is unique and there is only one bookmark in the world.
It contains a lot of lacquer, so it has a slightly hard finish. It is made of firm leather.
The length below the knot should be within 15cm. It will fit within the length of a paperback book.
It is wrapped in transparent film (OPP) on a Japanese paper backing.
